Dump Flash File Tiger T800+ Plus Loader For Boot Problem

Dear Experts
Good morning. My tiger* T8 high class V2 have red light problem. Last week i was made update online with version v3.67.
After finishing update box was reboot automatically then on. When on stb display shows "End".then nothing happned.
When power off & on From source it is only red light.
Then i try with loader software from pc by rs232 but it’s shows Error: customer in sw is not the same as in box"
So help me what to do.
My box board no is GS26601AD.
Model Tiger* T8 high class V2.

Bro ap ky box ki ic ur gae hy ab ic change hogi receiver ko repair waly ky pas le jao , tiger box online update mai prblm hy , last week mera T800+ bhi aisy e kharab ho gya tha jab mai ny receiver ki online update se old sw 2.54 kiya to end pr aky ruk gya phr mai of krky on kiya to on e nahi hua aur na hi loader se hua to shpokeepr ky pas le jana para us ny ic change ki to thk hua , ab idhr time waste ky bajaye hardware repair waly ky pas le jao box wohi aik solution hy ab

I made my box ok from a repair shop. That person reprogram the flash ic.
Now that box is running well.
