Here is easy method to install picons through plugin installer.

Method copy, extract and send file to usb. Then install it through ipk installer of your enigma2 image.

Here is fast method to transfer picons through ipk files by installing above various sizes picons through usb, tmp folder. You can install through plugin manager of receiver or through telnet command
opkg install /tmp/*.ipk

Note install any one plugin at a time because all folders contain same picons only sizes are different.
