Vod channel problem

Dear Expert Request that the signal of 13 East TP 12015 is 10.2db but the channel is scratching what could be the reason,
Any reply would be appreciated,

May be tuner issue, I have same problem with hotbird frequency 11642H27500 with signal strength shows 95% to 100% but channels screeching. I try the same frequency on other receiver & it works fine, so it maybe tuners issue

I have tried on another receiver also it has the same issue.

It may be a LNB issue. My Premium Gold LNB used to show scratched picture despite good signal of 11221 frequency of 16E. I changed it with another LNB and got clear channels.

12015 TP has 25 channels 16 channels are working fine,
Rest 9 channel VOD 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 are scratch on them,
If the LNP had an issue, there would be a scratch on channel 25.

if you had explained earlier that only some channels of this frequency are scratching then I would have advised you something else ie. just be content of channels you are getting without scratching because this problem originates from channels transmission source.

I am not getting 12015 on 6ft dish in Jhelum in Summer. So I can not tell my personal experience. Hopefully whole situation of Hotbird will be clear by end of shifting of channels from 13B and 13E satellites to 13F (new satellite) within a month approximately. Either you may get this frequency in your or not in good or bad quality. In my case so many frequencies which I used to get on 13C have disappeared after shifting to 13G. Hope for good and be patient.
