Trouble checking balance on FAB Ratibi salary card

I’m using a FAB Ratibi prepaid card for my salary and recently ran into an issue that caused some unnecessary stress. I needed to confirm the exact balance before making a few normal payments, but I wasn’t able to visit a FAB bank branch due to time and distance.

With a standard bank account, checking the balance is usually quick and clear. With the Ratibi card, it hasn’t been that simple. Some options don’t seem to update immediately, and when this card is what you rely on for groceries, transport, and other daily expenses, even a small delay can create problems. I don’t want to keep trying transactions just to find out whether there’s enough money available.

For those who actively use a FAB Ratibi salary card, how do you normally check the current balance when going to the branch isn’t possible? I’m trying to find a method that gives a clear and accurate figure so I can plan payments properly and avoid declined transactions.
