He watched the side decline in Midfield arguably since Keane left, with no real recruits apart from Michael Carrick. Alex worked miracles with that midfield, Moyes needs time to get the players in. The only issue is now clubs know they are desperate and they will pay an increased premium for the quality they need this January.
