new tp on Intelsat 17 At 66.0°E

One More New Tp Started In Intelsat 17 At 66.0°E (3915 H 11200)

Now channels added from "NDTV GROUP" and 2 Test channels added

but all are scrambled now .total ch eight scan on this tp.
