facing problem in dm500s

i am facing problem in my dm 500s receiver. its not scanning some tp in nss6 as well in hotbird satellite like nss6 11172-h-30000 not lock the signal. any solution i am using gemini image.

masla ab ho raha hai ye pehly se ye tp nhi aty thy?
