Copy the app folder (including all the sub folders and files in it) to your USB/hdd stick;
Connect usb to stb, go to menu>system>upgrade>upgrade from USB ,set the upgrade type on APP and select the xml file of the app folder ,then press RED button start upgrade .(ps :box will automatic reboot after upgrade finish)

Does anyone have the software for the 2020HD box (7111 chipset)? I had to boot from a rescue image with very old software and now can't connect the box to the spark portal.

One thing I have noticed is that my box is much faster with the old software, both boot up time and accessing menus, has anyone else experienced the new software running slower?

Thank you for that, unfortunately the website has been offline for the last few days with an SQL issue so I haven't been able to download it from there.
