Dear "PC1988" I Think It's A Softwre Problem Or Change You Cell Phone's Battery 1st Otherwise 1st Upgrade New Softwre If Problem Is Still Remain Then It May Be Hardware Issue.

Dear install the custom recovery, then do the root and install any custom ROM for the device from xda, if need further assistance let me know
