Dialog Tv Audio Stream problem

In B.L Image dialog tv channels have .acc audio stream, so i am not getting audio from these channels, i change the option of downmix d.d audio but still not noting audio. any other option how to fix it? Also deleted and re-tuned the channels still same problem
