Net Config disappears in Neosat HD 9900 Spectra Plus...

When I update software of neosat 9900 HD spectra plus the Net Config option in internet disappear. So I can't use of my server username and password to watch dish TV channels. Can anyone help please. I have Nov 2014 software installed in Neosat 9900 HD spectra plus.

Dear Abid thanks for prompt reply. Can you tell please why star sports channels not working on neosat from yesterday on my receiver HD 9900 neo sat. It was OK using mobile net but now its not working....

Working Fine With Me On Shinestar 2012G I Think It May Be Your Receiver's Software Problem

Dear Abid how can I find latest software for it suppose if I want to upgrade.

starsports 1,2,3,4
changed their security caids, thats why these channels are not working on neosat 9900hd spectra box,
becuase neosat 9900hd spectra+ is not have autopicking caid software,
wait till new update launch from company,
for software check this software site.
