Travelling Tip for Dubai???????

Assalom-o-alaikum
I m planning to visit Dubai in jan 2016. Any frequent or experienced traveler is requested to give me the tips for staying in cheap and best hotel.my total budget for hotel not more than 80,000 Rs for 7 nights for my family(2 ****** & 2 Kids).
