spark drt 2020 hd + hanged on card reset failed

dear spark experts I am facing a problem in my srt 2020 hd + that i was using Enigma II updated by Dr. Timor thats working fine with my receiver today on 1st nov 2015 i boot my receiver to spark through enigma II menu after that my receiver starts hanging in spark mode first channel goes freez then message appears card reset failed & receiver goes hanged.
in spark mode i try to do factory reset but i can success please help me

You mast not boot from HDMU Menu To Spark mode . yes it will casing hang problem .

You mast not boot from HDMU Menu To Spark mode . yes it will casing hang problem .

mere sath b yahi masla howa tha aub reciver pe kuch b show nai hota phele hung howa phir boot pe roka raha 10mint bad boot b led pe likha howa nai ata

sab say phly ap yeh sw download krain

local area connection pe right click kar property me jayeen.
internet protocol version 4 (TCP/Ipv4) pr click kr k properties mai jana hy phr
use the following ip addres pay click kr yeh ip likhni hy

ip192.168.040.019
phr ok kr daina hy phr download soft.Application ko extract kr k tftpd32 ko open krain

oper current directory likha hoga browse kr k wh folder select kr dain jis mai spark wala rescue image wala folder hy
neachy service interfaces mai whi ip select kr dain 192.168.040.019 wali

ap ny receiver ko phly on kr k ok press kr up wala btn press kr k spark pay laa k ok krna hy
phr off kr dain receiver
ap ka receiver filhal off hona chahye

ap 1 side ethernet wire ki apny cpu k back side laga dain dusri side receiver k sath laga dain

receiver say ok ka button press kr k rakhna hy

phr receiver on krain ok ka button press kiye rakhna hy jab tak force na likha aye force any k bad receiver k front panel say volume + ka button press kr k chor dain T OL likha aa jaye ta

ya TOTL aye ga ap nay kuch nahe krna bs tftpd32 soft.Application mai log viewer pr click kr k daikhna hy ap k samny progress start hoge

pura hone deen ap ka receiver reeboot hojayega.
