How to fix dishtv cline?

I bought two different clines for dish tv but only pakistani channels , star world and star sports work fine others are still scrambled what shall I do to fix this problem? any help will be appreciated.

may be you have receiver which rely on replace list to run other channels which are scrambled and second option is that your server holder have many users thats why his server remains down

both of clines are purchased from different people. I have tried putting replace list from this website but it is still not working but sun dth channels are ok.
