This is a free program with which you can view the temperature of the motherboard processor, the hard disk of your computer, The RAM memories and how much space they occupy Real time on the PC, to see trends in volts and the speed of fans.

Also, right-clicking on any function you can make your own widget that will appear on the desktop.

The Open Hardware Monitor supports most hardware monitoring chips found in current motherboards which will be difficult not to recognize anything from your system. (Of course, here I have reservations, because the program has to be upgraded by 2015). Apart from Windows and is compatible with Linux operating system.
