Facing strange problem srt 2020 plus

To all Experts of spark i am facing strange problems in srt 2020 plus.Nss6 frequencies 12170 & 11990 h channels disappeared from the last two days the same channels perfectly works on enigma2 on the same reciever secondly when try to connect through dcc both in spark & enigma2 telenet ftp connected but ftp pannel side show no file of stb.i can,t access my stb files through dcc.
