STARSAT 2000 Hyper G-Net Update Problem

I am receiving error when i try to connect to G-Net Update. Its says CAN'T UPDATE, FAIL TO COONECT.
My receiver's version is 1.93, stable 8Mbps connection, Still have almost year subscription left of company's cline.
Any help please

ftp service is suspended. its not working, have to download and install manual update..
