Sports Channels in Pakistan

Dear Brothers,
Any update regarding sports channels will brodcast cricket and other sports in future, as pemra has banned indian media in paksitan. Will pemra allow any other network how can cover all the sports in paksitan as PTV is not up to the mark, Similarly Ten Sports does. Also can anybody update SPORTS Ipvt list which can sport VLC Media.
