In "Settings -->About STB", check your receiver s e r i a l number. It is a 12 digit number. If this s e r i a l number STARTS WITH "16" OR "19", be very careful not to install any backdated soft.Application version - meaning don't downgrade your SW version. Flash Memory Chip of these new models (2015 onward) of HYPER are encrypted/protected by company. If you do that, you it will end up with a signal green light and a blue line - no display in the panel. Receiver would not respond to remote - sort of dead device. NO DUMP FILE OF ANY KIND CAN RECOVER YOUR RECEIVER. Only a competent mechanic will replace your MEMORY CHIP, and reciver will will be OK. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH RECEIVERS WHOSE S E R I A L NUMBER DOES NOT START WITH 16 or 19. They can downgrade SW and if required DUMP-FILE can work for these receivers.

k 2015 se aur us k bad se Jo starsat hyper aay hain un Ka ***** 16 ya 19 se start hota hai tu Jin k pass is ***** wala receiver hai wo apne receiver ko downgrade na Karen matlub koi old soft.Application na Karen otherwise receiver dead ho jay ga. Receiver Ka ***** settings mein ja k check kar sakte hain . Umeed hai San ko samjh aa jay gi.
