Spark 7111, no synchronization of sound with the image in mp4 movies

Hello, every one of you knows that Spark has a problem with movies from the mp4 internet, instead of the 16: 9 picture every movie is stretched on the entire screen, it's still overwhelming, but the lack of synchronization of sound with the image no longer can watch movies, it looks like this that for about 10 minutes the sound goes evenly with the image and after that time the sound goes faster than the image, it helps to turn off the movie with the stop button and then play again, but again after about 10 to 15 minutes is ok and after that time the sound is ahead of the picture. Please, can you correct it some how ?
