Mostly companies working in Pakistan are Chinese and Gulf.
Some are like Jazz/Mobilink (VEON ), VEON is so-called Dutch domicile company, but they are Russian in reality.

Russian, Chinese, Gulf companies have issues for business in West, especially US sanctions on Chinese, Russions.
So, they are in Pakistan.

Most of companies left business in few years.

Pakistan progress is same like progress of Soviet Union in Stalin days, people were in hunger, but he was showing world, we are progressing.
They could only eat Potato. But in Pakistan Potato is also costly.
