do,not posible in window 7 but posible in winow xp
i,m use 3g dougle in pc and my dm connect with Ethernet cable

for xp
see pic
and for dm
make network setting
ip

192.168.0.xx{xx= for 2-999}
dcp disable


gatway
192.168.0.1{your window ethernet ip
