TP-LINK TL-WN725N works for me, so should work for you too. This is probably the most popular little device at the moment. Just plug-and-play!

using blackhole in flash?its mean u did not go for multiboot.

Blackhole image has all the drivers pre-installed, so any wifi dongle will work, if you flash OpenPLI which is a bare-bone image you have to install drivers for the specific wifi dongle. keep trying and keep learning . i have shifted from dreambox to VU and its has been an amazing experience.

OpenPLi too comes with quite a few drivers preinstalled! The USB WiFi adapter I mentioned above works out of the box with OpenPLi 6.2.
